Top 5 Dynasty Assets Traded In February
Kevin looks at the five most traded assets in the dynasty format through the month of February!
February is still early in the dynasty offseason, but with the NFL Combine wrapping up this week, we're starting to see more activity in leagues. The early months of the offseason are typically one of the trickiest times for dynasty trades, as managers recalibrate their rosters following the NFL season, leading to sporadic trade activity. However, as the offseason picks up, certain names consistently emerge in deals.
Using data from FantasyCalc and Dynasty Daddy, we’ve identified the five most traded assets in Dynasty Leagues this month. In this article, we’ll break down each player, analyzing their value, recent trades, and what their movement signals about the current market. With the Combine fueling speculation, expect even more action in the coming weeks. For now, here are the five players generating the most buzz in dynasty leagues this February.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Jalen McMillan
McMillan's dynasty outlook is tied directly to Chris Godwin’s future in Tampa Bay. While an early variable was resolved—his contract’s automatic void date being pushed to March 12—the bigger question is whether Godwin, coming off a season-ending ankle injury, will return.
Even if you weren’t following the NFC South closely, McMillan made himself known down the stretch. He ended his rookie season with a five-game touchdown streak, scoring seven times and finishing as a decisive fantasy playoff contributor. He consistently saw six-plus targets per game in that stretch, making him a key weapon for Baker Mayfield and the Bucs.
However, McMillan's late-season breakout came with a major red flag: touchdown dependency. His seven touchdowns in five games were a major factor in his fantasy value, and touchdowns are one of the most volatile year-over-year stats. Despite his talent, McMillan is more likely to lose value than gain in 2025. If Godwin does depart, his perceived value will rise even further, making this the perfect time to sell high. I don’t see that happening though and I’d look to sell now.
Verdict: Sell

New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr.
I've been advocating for selling Tracy all offseason, and his movement in February only reinforces that stance. His transition from wide receiver to running back after five college seasons was a great story, and he broke out in Year 6 at Purdue. As a rookie, he took over the Giants’ backfield after Devin Singletary suffered a groin injury, ultimately finishing with over 1,100 scrimmage yards and six touchdowns despite not starting until Week 5.
Tracy’s emergence was one of the few bright spots in another brutal Giants season. He overtook Singletary—who had been signed to a three-year deal—and became a focal point of the offense alongside fellow rookie Malik Nabers. With New York expected to make a long-overdue move at quarterback, a more competent passing game could help Tracy's efficiency.
That said, his long-term job security is shaky at best. As a Day 3 pick, the Giants have little financial investment in him, and this year’s rookie RB class is loaded with talent. It’s hard to imagine the Giants not drafting competition, and at 25 years old, Tracy lacks the longevity dynasty managers typically want in a young running back. If you can move him while he's still valued as a mid-RB2, now’s the time to cash out.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker
Walker posted an impressive rookie campaign with over 1,000 rushing yards and nearly hit that mark again in his second season. However, his 2024 season was a letdown, recording career lows in rushing yards (573), yards per carry (3.7), and rushing yards per game (52.1). He managed just one 100-yard rushing game in the season opener but failed to reach that mark again.
The Seahawks’ offensive line was a major issue, with frequent lineup changes leading to ineffective run blocking. Seattle finished 28th in rushing yards per game (95.7) and 29th in rushing attempts per game (22.5). However, they improved significantly down the stretch, averaging 112.6 rushing yards per game over the final five weeks. Unfortunately, Walker played in just one of those contests, while Zach Charbonnet shined in his absence.
Charbonnet finished the year with 569 yards and eight touchdowns while averaging 4.2 yards per carry. He also generated more explosive plays than Walker, posting 16 runs of 10+ yards compared to Walker’s 13.
Despite the downturn in production, Walker still flashed elite talent. He posted 872 scrimmage yards in 11 games, an improvement in per-game production from his rookie year. His involvement in the passing game also increased, securing 46 receptions on 53 targets for 299 yards and a touchdown.
Seattle’s new offensive coordinator, Klint Kubiak, is expected to emphasize the run more than his predecessor. His previous offenses ranked between 11th and 14th in designed rush rate, which could benefit both Walker and Charbonnet. While Walker’s tendency to bounce runs outside led to inefficiency, his ability to generate yards after contact (2.92 YAC per carry) remains elite.
Walker’s value has dipped due to his 2024 struggles, making this an ideal buy window. Given his talent and expected offensive scheme changes, acquiring him at a discount could pay off in a big way.
Verdict: Buy
