Dynasty
Houston Texans TE - Nico Collins (WR24 → WR17)
Collins was a prospect and fantasy asset I was initially concerned about with the presence of Tank Dell and the emergence of Stefon Diggs in the Texans' receiving room. However, it’s now clear that Collins has established himself as the alpha. On Sunday, he led Houston in both targets (8) and receiving yards (117), hauling in six receptions during the Texans' 29-27 victory over the Colts. Collins also had a 55-yard catch that set up a key touchdown, continuing his strong track record against Indianapolis, where he’s totaled 22 receptions for 458 yards and two touchdowns in his last three matchups.
After a quiet start to his career, Collins has transformed into C.J. Stroud’s go-to target. His 16.3 average depth of target (ADOT) and 3.66 yards per route run (Y/RR) from Week 1 highlight his big-play potential and efficiency. While he struggled to produce in his first two seasons, Collins has since turned a corner, posting 80 catches for 1,297 yards and eight touchdowns last season, with five 100-yard games. His ability to consistently earn targets should vault him up dynasty rankings, making him a clear WR1 for Houston—even with Diggs in the mix. The Texan’s offense is one of the best in the NFL, and as long as Bobby Slowik is their offensive coordinator Collins will produce WR1 numbers.

New England Patriots RB - Rhamondre Stevenson (RB20 → RB16)
Rhamondre Stevenson’s stock has risen in our rankings due to his impressive volume and production in Week 1, where he finished as the RB7 in total points and RB7 in points per game with 21.6. Running backs in dynasty leagues are often judged by what they can do in the next game, making their long-term value volatile. However, Stevenson’s role in the Patriots' offense is encouraging for fantasy managers. He played 80% of the snaps, took 78% of the team’s RB carries, and earned a 13% target share, tying a career-high with 25 carries. This heavy workload shows the Patriots are leaning into their rushing attack this season, positioning Stevenson for consistent volume moving forward. While league values are always dependent on format and team needs, Stevenson remains a solid fantasy starter. If you're considering selling, aim to acquire an asset plus a draft pick, or take a swing on a high-upside player like Trey Benson. Benson’s role is going to be tough to judge with James Conner in the mix, and you could possibly offload Stevenson for Benson plus an asset, which, unless you are a true contender, would be a move I would make. Though game scripts could limit his ceiling in some weeks, his snap count and efficiency after contact ensure he maintains a high floor, particularly in non-PPR formats.

Nebraska QB - Dylan Railoa (QB50 → QB43)
Dylan Raiola’s rise as a devy quarterback has been notable, especially considering how difficult the position is to evaluate in devy and other formats. We’ve discussed Raiola throughout the offseason, and his progression in Nebraska’s offense has been impressive. Through two games this season, Raiola has completed 42 of 57 passes for 423 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Huskers to victories over UTEP and Colorado.
Against Colorado, he showed great poise. Raiola looks confident under pressure and has demonstrated the ability to progress through his reads effectively. One of his standout strengths is his ability to take care of the football, which is why many believe Nebraska could be a sleeper in the Big Ten this season. His decision-making and ball security make him one of the most promising quarterbacks in the freshman class.
Betting on devy quarterbacks can be risky, but Raiola has lived up to the hype early on and looks like one of the most talented quarterbacks in the 2024 freshman class. His ability to make tough throws and command the offense shows why he’s quickly climbing our devy rankings. He certainly looks like a polished product with NFL potential.
Penn State RB - Nicholas Singleton (RB34 → RB20)
Nick Singleton has bounced back in our rankings and now looks like a potential Day 2 pick in next year’s NFL Draft. After rushing 13 times for 114 yards and a touchdown against West Virginia, he followed up with another strong performance, recording 13 carries for 119 yards and a score. It was the seventh time Singleton has surpassed 100 yards in a game for Penn State.
This season, Singleton looks more explosive than ever, with his ability to run between the tackles emerging as his biggest asset. His improved inside running suggests he could develop into a true three-down back at the next level. If Singleton continues this upward trajectory, there’s a real chance he could be considered as high as RB1 in the 2025 draft class.
Syracuse TE - Oronde Gadsden II (TE50 0 TE35)
Oronde Gadsden II is quickly rising up the tight end ranks after bouncing back from a season-ending injury in 2023. Despite having only 13 receptions through the first two games, he has already racked up over 200 receiving yards and three touchdowns, ranking second among all NCAA tight ends. Even beyond the box score, Gadsden’s impact is evident. Defenses are consistently double-teaming him, pulling linebackers away from wide receivers, and opening up the field for others.
His combination of speed and size makes Gadsden a mismatch nightmare for defenses. He’s too fast for linebackers to cover, yet his size overwhelms corners and safeties, making him nearly impossible to defend one-on-one. His versatility, lining up as both an inline tight end and in the slot, will make him an appealing prospect for NFL teams. While there’s some question about whether he'll be categorized as a wide receiver or a tight end at the next level, his production speaks for itself. Gadsden could be on track for a 1,000-yard season with his current pace and usage.
